Cafe FAQs

  • All online or phone orders will be placed on our pick up shelves at your chosen pick up time. A receipt will be attached to the bag with your name on it.

  • We cannot guarantee that there is not cross contamination of certain foods and therefore we do not advise that you eat at our establishment if you have an allergy, but we will do our best to accommodate you!

  • Yes, we accept budget code when submitted with your order at least 48 hours in advance. We do not take budget code at the cafe or bakery day of. Click this form here to submit your advance order.

  • Our kitchen is consistently slammed with customers who come into the shop to order meals so we do not currently accept large sandwich and drink orders ahead of time. Our line moves quickly and we offer a self-serve ordering kiosk.

  • At this time, we do not offer delivery services.

  • There is usually plenty of parking around the cafe area on Lebanon Street and Maple Avenue. There is also a free village parking lot located on Payne Street about 1000 feet from the cafe.

  • Yes! The entrance is easily accessed by a wheelchair, our bathrooms are ADA compliant, and we have plenty of table seating that can accommodate a wheelchair.

  • We have plenty of seating and free wi-fi so you are welcome to hang, but the cafe can get quite busy at times, which might not be conducive to a study or work environment.

  • As much as we wish we could say yes, unfortunately, no, the cafe is not dog friendly due to restrictions from the Madison County Health Department. Please leave your furry friend in the car.

  • Yes! And you can even use it at our sister shop, Martha’s On Madison!

bakery FAQs

  • We will have all bakery orders behind the counter ready for you at your chosen pick up time. A staff member will meet you at the bakery counter to assist you.

  • We don’t offer catering services on site, but we have plenty of catering-friendly menu items, like our assorted pastry boxes and hot coffee boxes. Check out and/or place an order from our menu here.

  • At this time, we do not offer delivery services.

  • We do not have any seating at the bakery at this time. We have a small customer facing retail space where you can stop in to purchase any items from our bread shelves or sweets case.

  • We no longer offer special order cakes.
