Budget Code Order Request Form

Thank you for your interest in placing an order using a budget code! We’re happy to work with you on advance orders and want to share a few important details to help things go smoothly.

Timing:
All budget code orders require at least one week’s notice between when the order is submitted and when it will be picked up.

Missed the one week deadline? You can still order off of Hotplate until Monday at 4 pm for the coming week! Orders must be paid for by credit card. Order at hotplate.com/flourandsalt.

Custom orders:
Custom items (such as special sugar cookies, mini versions of items we make, etc) require a minimum of three weeks’ notice and a $150 minimum order.

How to place your order:
Budget code orders cannot be placed in the shop. All orders paid for with a budget code must be submitted in advance using this form.

Order confirmation:
Submitting this form is an inquiry only and does not confirm your order. Please wait for a confirmation email and invoice from us before assuming your order is scheduled.

Once your order is completed, we’ll take care of submitting the invoice directly to Colgate Accounting on your behalf.
