Retail Staff

Retail staff is responsible for running the front of house registers, interacting with customers and providing positive service experiences, restocking baked goods and retail products, keeping the front of house area clean and presentable, communicating with the front of house team, and expediting transactions.

Must:

have experience working customer service (1-2 years)

possess great customer service skills

be friendly and enthusiastic

work well with a team

have full competency of menu and products

have an ability to operate or learn to operate Square point of sale system

posses the ability to multitask (this is a MUST!)

have the ability to stand on feet for 8-9 hours

Hours are early! Range from 6:30 am to 3 pm, Wednesday through Sunday

Barista experience is a big plus!

Kitchen Assistant

The kitchen assistant is responsible for assisting with prep of sandwiches, sauces, chopped/sliced produce, and/or homemade kitchen products, as well as dishwashing and opening/closing the kitchen. With the appropriate experience and ability to learn quickly, there is the opportunity for bagel making work as well. 

Must:

have experience in a commercial kitchen (6-12 months)

possess basic prep skills (knife skills, use of mandolin, basic recipe reading)

work well with a team

keep prep areas clean and tidy

do well in high pressure, fast-paced environment

possess the ability to learn quickly and follow direction well

Hours are early! Range from 6:30 am to 3 pm, Wednesday through Sunday
