do you have any minimum order requirements?
For any special order items (items we are not currently making in shop), we require a one-dozen minimum per item. We suggest ordering the assorted pastry package to get a variety of items.
I have an allergy to nuts/soy/gluten/etc. Can I eat at Flour & Salt?
All of Flour and Salt's equipment is cleaned and sanitized after use, however we do have nuts/flour/soy on the premises and use these ingredients in many of our goods. Flour and Salt cannot guarantee that there is not cross contamination of these items and therefore we do not advise that you eat at our establishment if you have an allergy.
If you do not place an order with us, there are purchase maximums for in-shop items. You may purchase a half dozen of any of our in house baked goods (i.e.; 6 muffins, 6 babkas, + 6 cookies) and/or two dozen bagels. We’re a small bakery in a small town and cannot anticipate large in-shop purchases. Thanks for your understanding!
