How do I place an order?
Use the super easy forms on our special order and cake/cupcake menus! We do not take orders over the phone. We will get in touch within 48 hours. If we are able to fill your order, we will send you an invoice via Quickbooks for confirmation and payment.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We book up quickly so order as soon as you’re ready! We will do our best to accommodate you, but ordering at least 72 hours ahead is best.
Do you deliver?
We do not offer delivery for small special orders. The special orders must be picked up at the shop during open hours.
How do I pay for my special order?
You will be sent a confirmation invoice via Quickbooks through which you can process payment, or you can pay upon pick up.
Do you take budget code?
Yes! However, the budget code must be sent with your special order. You cannot use a budget code form in the shop to pay for any purchases made in the shop.
do you wholesale your products?
We wholesale our bagels and brioche rolls. We don’t wholesale any of our pastries. You can find our brioche rolls at Ray Brothers BBQ and the Hamilton Inn. Get in touch at email@example.com if you’d like to join that list!
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders canceled with 7 or more days notice are refunded in full via the original method of payment. Orders canceled with 48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund via the original method of payment. Orders canceled with less than 48-hour notice will receive 50% of the order value in the form of a store credit. This store credit must be redeemed within 90 days.
I have an allergy to nuts/soy/gluten/etc. Can I eat at Flour & Salt?
All of Flour and Salt's equipment is cleaned and sanitized after use, however we do have nuts/flour/soy on the premises and use these ingredients in many of our goods. Flour and Salt cannot guarantee that there is not cross contamination of these items and therefore we do not advise that you eat at our establishment if you have an allergy.
